Thank you for choosing Keely Crocker for your event or special occasion. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy and Booking Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information, as well as our terms regarding bookings and cancellations.
1. Privacy Policy
Information Collected:
When you book Keely Crocker for an event, we may collect personal information such as your name, contact details, event location, and any other information necessary to provide performance services.
Use of Information:
Your information is used solely for communication, planning, and the execution of the performance. We do not share, sell, or disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent unless required by law.
Data Security:
We implement reasonable measures to secure your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
2. Booking and Deposit Policy
Deposits:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit confirms the reservation of Keely Crocker’s time and commitment to your event.
Final Payment:
The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the performance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation More Than 7 Days Before the Event:
Your 50% deposit is retained, but no additional charges apply. - Cancellation Within 24 Hours of the Event:
The 50% deposit is still required even if the performance is canceled a day in advance. This compensates for the reserved date and potential lost opportunities. - Force Majeure:
In the event of illness, extreme weather, or other emergencies beyond Keely Crocker’s control, efforts will be made to reschedule or refund where appropriate.
